Contact us by email
(best option for fastest response)
To contact us by email, please use this form. You will receive a copy of the email that is sent to us, so that you can see what information we receive from your request.
Please give us two working days to reply. Although we are often very busy people, we will endeavour to respond as swiftly as possible, but please, have a little patience if you don’t hear back from us immediately.
This will almost always be your best and fastest way of getting in touch with us.
Contact us by phone
(often has a slow response)
There is the option to call us on 07477 234 020. However, we prioritise giving service to customers who are in our premises already, and our response to phone queries tends to be slow.
Office hours when the phone can be answered are typically 1pm-5pm from Monday to Friday, or 11am-3pm on Saturdays. If there are teaching activities happening during this time, the instructor may be unable to take your call. Furthermore, if we have other priorities during office hours, we tend not to spend much time on the phone.
If we are not able to take your call, please leave a voicemail after the beep, and we will get back to you as soon as we can, which may take a number of working days. Alternatively, instead of leaving a voicemail, send us an email using the contact form above – sending us an email will almost certainly guarantee you a faster response than trying to contact us by phone.
Please note that our instructors will not answer the phone while teaching, and therefore, calls might not be answered or returned swiftly. Your best chance for a swift and helpful response would be to use the contact form above.
Facebook discussion groups
We also have community groups on Facebook for our members and friends to discuss the different activities on offer at the Centre, so please join up and chat!
