April Sparring Day
Our sparring session this month is being held on Saturday 20th of April.
Beginning at 1pm,ย the Centre will be ready for regular studentsย and guests some serious practise time and sparring fun!ย This session is open to all HEMA practitioners to come along and spar with friends, foes and other folks.ย Basic level safety equipment and some weapon simulators will be available to loan. Fencers are encouraged to bring as much of their own as the wish to use.
Coaching, advice and competitive preparation are available from the Vanguard Centre instructors, as well as refreshments and all the usual shenanigans!
